Bergamo Acquisition Corp. announces turnkey agreement for $21.5-mn for 5MW Hybrid Thermal Power Plant.

PCI LTD., the pioneers in India and an International front runner in the field of technology-based solutions in Power and Energy domain has announced its joint venture with Europe-based Riello UPS the fourth largest UPS manufacturer in the world. The new company will be called Riello PCI India Pvt. Ltd.

According to Anil Munjal, Director and CEO, Riello PCI India Pvt. The advanced technology and environmental sustainability of Riello UPS systems is of great interest to numerous sectors.”
