					  Mach I-II
AAT presents the world's first IN-LINE Flip Chip Cleaner

 Basic Description
Breakthrough advances in patented Flow Dynamics Technology give the compact Microjet FC In-Line Cleaner unbelievable cleaning power. Now you can effectively clean flip chips and various high-density assemblies at speeds of up to 6-8 feet per minute. Available in two drying speeds - Mach I and Mach II - the AAT Microjet FC In-Line's drying capability can be upgraded to meet your increasing throughput speed demands as you grow - without adding to the size of the machine's footprint. Operating at twice the speed of competitive In-Line Cleaners, the Microjet FC In-Line also offers incredible wide-open accessibility, combined with simple and easy maintenance, to keep you up and running at maximum productivity with minimal down time.

High-impingement wash and rinse jet technology give the Microjet FC In-Line the power to out-clean all competitors in the toughest cleaning applications, namely, low standoff flip chip assemblies, high-density assemblies, including low-standoff BGAs, and micro-BGAs. Patented dynamic high-volume directed flow drying technology physically forces water out of tight spaces, ensuring complete drying.
