New Line Scan Technology

Our line scanning technology allows both sides of a board's image to be captured in one pass. BF-Tristar has a simple structure in which lighting and Imaging units are placed at the top and the bottom of the machine and board moves between them to be scanned. Telesentric lens to prevent distortion and 4 high resolution CCD with the latest brilliant MLT lighting to capture component and the shape of fillet precisely. At the time of scanning,LED unit lights alternatively to make 5 patterns M size board 1.6 billion pixels. The speed is 10 seconds for 150mm squire board and 16 seconds for full size board. In addition, to suit for the thickness of wide board, the focusing on the top side can be adjusted automatically


Master-Slave PC System

In order to process huge amount of imaging data, BF-Tristar builds in 5 CPU. Each CPU communicates mutually to process the inspection data at high speed. New software has been developed to control the complicated hardware. All the user interface are gathered in master PC to provide simple, comfort, and high speed operation like other BF-series.calibration to achieve compatibility of data with higher result in repeatability.


New Operation

BF-Tristar attains results of inspection for both sides of board at the same time. Previously, repairing process is separated for each side of a board. However the repairing operation can be simplified to one process to omit the work offline by utilizing BF-Tristar. Apart from It is also suitable for the final quality inspection after ICT functioning test. .
