BF-Planet-X is the standard model of our high resolution 10µm that provides inline real time inspection on small components such as 0603 (0402) high density mounted chips. Combination of full color line sensor with LED lighting unit board will move to take a full image of a board by one pass like a copy machine. In order to suit for various inspections, it also employs various optional functions such as marking and printing numbers by build-in marking function and barcode recognition system, OCR letter recognition and so forth.

Line Scan Technology

It employs Line Scan Technology which enabled the ultra fast scanning. The moving table structure which carries board. Various images can be taken by changing the degree of LED units alternatively at every 10µm. With superior high resolution of 10µm, it only takes 8 seconds to take in full board image of Msize board. Additionally, the movement of board is quiet and smooth so that it is also suitable for the optical inspection of pre-reflow or after Switching LED lighting unit alternately by 0.4msec enabled it to capture multiple images at one scanning. The latest lighitng unit allows a M size board to be scanned in 8 seconds to achive high speed inspection at 15 seconds takt time.

Multi Lighting Technology
