What, according to you, is needed more, to improve the overall performance of this sector?

The reform process must continue with accelerated pace to eliminate roadblocks in the way of FDI's in this vital sector of our economy. We must bring in as much decontrol as possible and the govt. must exhibit a strong political will to ensure that central or state level policies do not come in the way of modernisation and growth of this sector. The lesser the governmental controls and interference, the faster and bigger will be the growth of this sector as has been the case with IT and Telecom sectors.

Absolutely. Our efforts have always been to adapt latest global technologies to local conditions for local applications for the benefit of the core sectors of our economy and we are very happy for whatever success we got in the process over the last two decades.

Many of your products are high- technology products, which need a timely and quality service back- up for your customers. How do you maintain that?

It appeared to me that the infrared predictive maintenance products like ThermaCAM TM series of products can find versatile application in almost any industry. How is the response you got so far about this range of products from your prospects and target customers?

The use of infrared echnology is growing by leaps and bounds with more and more possibilities emerging virtually every day. The response for our range of products based on infrared is extremely good from all across.
