High-impingement wash and rinse jet technology give the Microjet FC In-Line the power to out-clean all competitors in the toughest cleaning applications, namely, low standoff flip chip assemblies, high-density assemblies, including low-standoff BGAs, and micro-BGAs. Patented dynamic high-volume directed flow drying technology physically forces water out of tight spaces, ensuring complete drying.
